Shipping Policy

Free shipping for orders within the United States (Excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico)

Order cutoff: 12pm CST

Order handling: 1-2 days

Transit time for United States orders: 5-8 days

Transit time for Canada orders 6-10 days

Order Confirmation:

When you place your order, you will receive an email with the order confirmation from our Lavish Bathroom Customer Support. This means our system has registered your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Estimated Lead & Shipping Time Frames:

All of our orders here at Lavish Bathroom are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days. These estimates may vary based on the brand, weather conditions during transit and other variables that we can not control. Please see product page for more specific time frames regarding the specific product. For Canadian customer orders the estimated lead time is 1-2 days. The transit time for Canada orders is 6-10 days.

Order Shipment:

Lavish Bathroom Customer Support will send you tracking information within 1-2 days of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when purchasing your item(s). If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@lavishbathroom.com.

Order Cancellation:

Our order processing period is 1-2 days here at Lavish Bathroom. If you initiate a cancellation within this timeframe, you will incur no penalty. If you however do so after this period passes, we will have to charge you a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
