Return and Refund Policy

When someone purchases a product from Lavish Bathroom, they accept the following provisions. We hope these instructions clarify our return policy and the refund process. The following regulations apply in the United States.

To request a return, exchange, or refund, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so.

Conditions for returns and exchanges:

(1) There are conditions for accepting returns, such as the product being damaged, defective, or inaccurate.

(2) The product is not as advertised, is missing parts (I.E. You receive a bathroom vanity without the screws), or the customer would prefer a different color (I.E. you order a black bidet, but instead want a white want); exchanges are possible under these conditions.

Return

We stand behind the high quality of every product we offer. It is important to us that you are satisfied with the products you purchase from us.

Within 30 days of delivery, we will accept returns if you are unhappy with your purchase. You can expect a full refund if the returned item is in its original condition (new, unused, and with all tags attached). To obtain return permission, please email support@lavishbathroom.com.

It's your responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping. There will be no return shipping label provided at this time. This applies to defective items and if you simply are unhappy with what you have received.

For orders shipped to Canada, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping and import duties. These orders are also subject to restocking fees of 20%.

Keep the packaging and labels in case the item arrives broken, wrong, or with defects. If you have any issues with your Lavish Bathroom product(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order, please contact us by sending photographs or videos to support@lavishbathroom.com. An invoice or receipt must be shown as proof of purchase. Once we've confirmed the problem, we'll provide a refund or a new one, whichever you prefer.

Returning an unused item

You have until 30 days from the delivery date to return any unwanted items. Any unwanted items you send back must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.

You will have thirty days after delivery to inspect the products and ensure that they are perfect. When deciding whether or not to keep an item, it's best to leave any tags, packaging, etc., intact until you've made up your mind.

Order Cancellation

After you purchase any products from us, it will take 1-2 business days to process them. You can cancel your order without penalty as long as you do so within 1-2 business days. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee if you cancel your order later than 2 business days or after it has been shipped.

Alter Your Location

Lavish Bathroom relies on you to supply correct shipping information to complete successful deliveries. We ask that you get in touch with us no later than 2 business days after placing your order if you need to make any changes to the mailing address. We cannot modify an order's shipping address after it has been dispatched. Furthermore, if the shipping address provided is incorrect, we cannot be held liable for any missed deliveries.

Exchange

A replacement can be requested within the first two days after your order has been placed. You can reach us at support@lavishbathroom.com if you need to make an exchange. If you decide you want to replace your purchase after 48 hours or after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

After receiving an item, if you decide you wish to exchange it, you must keep the item(s) and its original packaging until your exchange request is processed and accepted. We will notify you as soon as the product you requested becomes available or offer a suitable alternative.

If you need to make an exchange, you'll have to cover the cost of shipping both ways. There will be no return shipping label provided at this time.

Clearance products

Clearance products cannot be returned for a refund.

Delivery problems 

If there has been a delay in receiving your order, feel free to inquire about its progress. Please contact us at support@lavishbathroom.com if your order has not arrived within the specified time limit. While we try to track down your missing shipment we will extend the deadline for requesting a refund or exchange.

How can I make start the return process?

Please contact Lavish Bathroom Support at support@lavishbathroom.com before returning your item with the following information so that we may confirm your transaction and address any after-sale concerns you may have:

Refund

Once the returned product has been examined and the problem has been identified, we will provide a refund. There will be a processing time of 5-15 business days for refunds. To request a refund that has been delayed longer than 15 days, please contact us at support@lavishbathroom.com.

All refunds will be processed in the same way as the initial payment.

What are the shipping costs? Are there any hidden fees?

We offer free shipping on all orders regardless of price. We are committed to ensuring you do not have to pay for shipping and have a transparent buying experience and receive the best service possible.

Do we ship outside of the 48 States or outside the United States?

Unfortunately we are currently not shipping to any countries outside of the USA. When it comes to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, we are not shipping to these states either at this time.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Generally speaking any shipment that is via UPS/FedEx takes 1-2 business days to leave our warehouse. Any shipment via LTL takes 3-5 business days to leave our warehouse.

You are going to receive tracking information once we have it. This will be emailed to you as soon as we ship your order.

What if my product arrives damaged or there are missing parts?

We meticulously package and ship our products with great attention to detail. Should you encounter any damage or find missing parts upon delivery, please reach out to our support team right away.

Will I have to hire an electrician?

Typical household electrical outlets operate at 120 volts, with the majority rated at 15 amps, while certain areas like bathrooms or kitchens may have 20-amp outlets.

Our sauna models generally operate on either 120v or 240v, depending on the specific model and size. To ascertain the electrical requirements for the sauna model you're considering, please refer to its specifications or reach out to our Customer Support Team.

However, for certain models, it might be necessary to enlist the services of an electrician to install the appropriate electrical circuit.

Do your saunas require any special ventilation or exhaust systems during installation?
